Twelve Days of Christmas MKAL
We will begin the MKAL on December 25th when the first clue will be released on Ravelry. Every day after a clue will be released for a total of 12 days and 12 clues.
We’re not looking to overwhelm anyone with trying to blaze through 240g of yarn in 12 days, so we are going to be running this MKAL until the end of January. The pattern is currently free, and you will need to download the pattern to get the updates we will post each day between the 25th and the 5th. You can download the pattern from Ravelry here: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/twelve-days-of-christmas-mkal For the MKAL on Ravelry: We will have 1 thread for each day of the 12 days of Christmas. You will be able to post photos of your yarn being used, progress photos, questions, and general chatter. A different thread for each day will also allow spoilers to be avoided!
We will also have a “completion” thread where finished object photos can be shared.
At the end of January we will draw a winner from each days’ thread and from the completion thread.
Prizes will be skeins of our yarn, our stitch markers, or our project bags.
In order to participate, you’ll just need to share photos in the threads. We will pick a winner at random from the photos that are shared.
On Facebook & Instagram: We will have 1 prize awarded for photos shared under the hashtag #12daysbahmkal on Instagram. Just take pictures of your project each day and add the hashtag 12daysbahmkal in your caption of the picture. You can enter as many times as you would like, so you can take a picture of the yarn you're going to be using and one of the scarf/cowl as you're knitting it.
